FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for controlled production of products from two formations of a well using one tubing with one packer. A single-lift pumping unit for the production of products from two layers includes a tubing string and two sections. The lower section contains a packer installed between the layers, with a device for receiving products from the lower layer. The upper section contains a submersible electric drive pump with an inlet and a submersible telemetry unit connected to the well control station and an information receiving and processing unit by one or more wires of an electric cable laid inside the telemetry unit. The installation includes at least one electrically operated butterfly valve with a shut-off and a shut-off seat, mechanically and electrically connected to the telemetry unit. The telemechanical system with the possibility of automatic control of the corresponding throttle valve according to the results of measuring the parameters of the seams additionally contains at least a pressure measurement sensor and a device for recording the flow of products from the lower seam, installed in the device for receiving products from the lower seam. The device for the cumulative metering of production from both formations of the well is located at the outlet of the electric drive pump. The inlet of the upper section is equipped with an inlet throttle with a flow area at least two times smaller than the outlet cross-section of the lower section for intensifying gas release from the product and a gas valve for discharging gas into the above-packer space. The inlet of the electric drive pump is enclosed from the outside by a nozzle, plugged from the bottom, providing the flow rate of the product from both well layers that is lower than the gas ascent rate.
EFFECT: technical result is achieved - ensuring the possibility of producing products with a high gas factor without reducing the efficiency of the installation due to increased gas release from the product and reducing the likelihood of gas entering the pump inlet.
