SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and concerns equipment used for the preparation of a crumbly dough mass (mixture), in particular continuous kneading machines. The kneading machine includes a loading nozzle, a horizontal working chamber with two working shafts equipped with scraper and kneading blades, and a drive consisting of an engine, a V-belt transmission, gears and rockers. To communicate rotational motion with variable speed to the working shafts, the drive is equipped with a planetary gear mechanism. The gear mechanism includes a carrier, one end of which is rigidly connected to the driven gear shaft, and the other two carry satellites. The satellites are engaged with a fixed solar wheel and with eccentrically arranged axes for collets. The collets are freely fixed on the axes of the satellites and placed in the grooves of the rocker, which has a common axis with the working shaft.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to improve the quality of dough kneading.
