FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for production of pasta products, in particular, to dough kneading machines of continuous action for kneading crumb-like dough mass. Dough kneading machine contains a loading branch pipe, a horizontal working chamber with two working shafts equipped with scraper and kneading blades, a drive. Drive consists of a motor, a V-belt transmission, gear transmissions, a crank, a double-arm lever, a cam and a roller. Machine is equipped with traction. Traction is connected by one end to the double-arm lever, and by the second end to the single-arm lever. Single-arm lever is fixed on working shaft and has common axis with it.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the mechanism and simplifies the design.
