APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING A BRIDGE CRANE FROM CROSSING THE MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE POSITIONS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B66C15/04 H01H51/00

Abstract RU 2780820 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, to electrical apparatus, and can be used as switches for preventing a bridge crane from crossing the maximum permissible positions. Apparatus for preventing a bridge crane from crossing the maximum permissible positions comprises a switching, a closing and an opening contacts of a sealed switch, a signal lamp, a plate whereon the sealed switch is secured using clamps, a source of alternating operating current, circuit breakers, fuses, a button, a contactor with main and additional closing contacts, controllers for the movement of the carriage and the bridge, relays for controlling the current in the electric engines for load lifting, the movement of the carriage and the bridge, with an own contact, and in the current-carrying wires with an own contact, a contact of the cabin hatch, a limit switch of the load lifting mechanism, and a cabin of the load-lifting crane. The sealed switch is covered on the front side of the plate with a lattice cover for the purpose of protection against mechanical damage. The opening contacts of the sealed switches are connected to the crane controller for the movement of the carriage and the controller for the movement of the bridge by means of terminal blocks. The plate is secured to the first bar using the first screws. The first bar is secured on the first base using the second screws. The plate with the sealed switch is positioned perpendicular to the cross-sectional plane of the permanent magnet secured on a box. The box is secured to the second bar using the third screws. The second bar is secured to the second base using the fourth screws. In order to control the prevention of crossing of the maximum permissible positions when moving the lifting carriage of the crane, the first base secured on the frame of this carriage with the first bar and the plate with the sealed switch installed thereon is secured on both sides of the carriage frame using a bolt-nut connection, and the second base with the second bar installed thereon with the permanent magnet attached in the box is secured to the end beam of the bridge crane using the fifth screws. In order to control the prevention of crossing of the maximum permissible positions when moving the bridge of the crane, the first base secured above the buffer apparatus, with the first bar and the plate with the sealed switch installed thereon, is secured to the main beam of the bridge crane on the two sides thereof diagonally using the sixth screws, and the second base with the second bar installed thereon with the permanent magnet attached in the box is secured to the building structure of the production premises using anchor nails by means of a bracket attached to the second base using the fifth screws.

EFFECT: creation of an apparatus for preventing a bridge crane from crossing the maximum permissible positions with increased fault tolerance and operating life.
