FIELD: fish industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of a foreign body in the form of pearl spheres into the pallium of mussels. Growth of mussels is arranged in floating pens on the plantation, laboratories for introduction of foreign bodies into palliums and plantation for pearl growth are colocated and joined into closed technological cycle. Mussel growth is realised on mesh belts equipped with mechanisms for their extraction from the habitat and relocation to the laboratory conveyor for introduction of foreign bodies into pallium and relocation for taking into floating pens - to the rotating floating blocks that is performed straight-line on the conveyor with their further move to the plantation water area by means of an underhung or overhead or gantry crane. Growth of mussels is performed in water which chemical composition is changed by introduction of substances with phosphorus, nitrogen, calcium and microelements as well as carbonic acid - in dosages in the specified period of time. The device includes work stations for operators equipped with a belt conveyor arranged with the possibility of supply of yound mussels for introduction of a foreign body in their palliums. The device is made with the possibility of moving and taking the mussels to the floating pens on the rotating floating blocks with their further relocation to the plantation by means of underhung or overhead or gantry cranes. The device is equipped with trestles under which bobbins of drums are fixed with mesh belts, belt conveyor, cylindric elastic brushes with drive units made with the possibility of growth young mussels, their extraction from the habitat and relocation to the laboratory conveyor for introduction of foreign bodies into their palliums. The device is equipped with a distributor of minerals with microelements and carbonic acid. The distributors are connected with the time relay and are made with the possibility of distribution of minerals containing phosphorus, nitrogen, calcium and microelements as well as carbonic acid - in dosages in the specified period of time.
EFFECT: reduction of labor intensity, increase of production, improvement of working conditions and safety, expansion of technological possibilities.
