SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to a device for normalizing a wellbore and a method of its operation. The device for normalizing the downhole includes a screw downhole motor with a central passage channel, a spindle section with a passage hole, and cutters installed in series from top to bottom. The screw downhole motor contains a bypass unit, including a seat, configured to ensure the passage of liquid flow into the central passage channel of the downhole motor, and when the ball is dropped, it overlaps and initiates the movement of the fluid flow through the cavity between the rotor and the stator, driving the spindle section with cutter. The device contains a string of tubing, to which a screw downhole motor is connected, as well as a ball catcher installed at the mouth of the tubing string cavity with an emphasis on the coupling during backwashing and made with the possibility of dismantling during direct flushing. The body of the ball catcher chamber is made with metal strips located in it that hold the ball during backwashing, and the cutters are made with a transverse strip with surfacing, located diagonally without emphasis on the internal cavity of the cutter.

EFFECT: provides the ability to operate effectively in wells with low reservoir pressure while simultaneously reducing the time required to perform normalization and increasing efficiency in directional and horizontal wells.
