FIELD: well testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for isolating a test zone during well testing. The packer device contains upper and lower packers and pipes with perforated holes located between them. Each of the upper packer and lower packer is equipped with a rod with upper and lower threaded connections, a branch pipe. The rod is made hollow and has the possibility of mutual axial movement relative to the branch pipe, on the rod of each of the upper and lower packers, elastic elements and metal rings are alternately located. The elastic elements are located between the metal rings, the branch pipe of each of the upper and lower packers is located above the elastic elements and metal rings and is configured to interact with the elastic elements to compress them and cover the annular space with them when transferring axial load to the branch pipe by means of a pipe string. The rod of the upper packer and the branch pipe of the lower packer are rigidly connected by means of a threaded connection with pipes with perforations. The branch pipe of the upper packer is connected by means of a threaded connection to the upper string of pipes, and the rod of the lower packer is connected by means of a threaded connection to the lower string of pipes. On the outer surface of the rod of each of the upper and lower packers in the upper part of the rod, the upper annular stop is fixed by means of a fixing element. On the inside of the branch pipe of each of the upper and lower packers in the lower part of the branch pipe, a lower annular stop is fixed by means of a fixing element. In the transport position of the packer device in each of the upper and lower packers, the rod with the upper annular stop is made with the possibility of abutting against the lower annular stop of the branch pipe, protecting the rod of each of the upper and lower packers from falling into the well, and in the process of compression of the elastic elements in each of the upper and the lower packer, the rod is made with the possibility of raising relative to the branch pipe by the amount of compression of the elastic elements with the loss of contact between the upper thrust ring and the lower thrust ring. A plug is installed on the upper part of the branch pipe of the lower packer with the possibility of blocking the well space.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the packer by simplifying the design and reducing the number of elements included in it during research work in the well.
