FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of general construction products, decorative and souvenir products. The method for manufacturing small architectural forms includes the manufacture of a base, the application of a material based on fiberglass impregnated with polymer resin in several layers. The final stage is the application of a 2-4 mm rubber crumb with a polyurethane binder, while the amount of binder in the mixture is 18-22% of the mass of the crumb. The base of the product is made of polystyrene plates. When impregnating fiberglass, polyester resin is used at a consumption of 1 liter of resin per 1 m2 of fiberglass. The glass composite is applied in three layers, and the thickness of the glass composite layers is on average 3-5 mm.
EFFECT: products made according to the claimed method are easy to manufacture, durable and injury-proof.
