FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a spacer anchor and a method for using such a spacer anchor. The spacer anchor contains an anchor bolt, a spacer sleeve surrounding the anchor bolt, and a spacer element located in the front area of the anchor bolt, while the spacer element contains a narrowing zone for expansion of the spacer sleeve. The spacer element contains at least one thrust wall for the spacer sleeve, facing the spacer sleeve, wherein there is at least one recess of the thrust wall on the spacer element, while at least one recess of the thrust wall is limited with at least one thrust wall for the spacer sleeve. A method for using a spacer anchor consists in movement of a spacer sleeve forward relatively to a spacer element, while the spacer sleeve encounters at least one thrust wall for the spacer sleeve.
EFFECT: obtaining a spacer anchor.
