FIELD: balancing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to balancing technology and can be used for quick mounting of the wheel on the shaft of the balancing machine. The device for fast fastening of the wheel on the balancing machine contains a hollow shaft mounted for rotation horizontally in bearings, a clamping flange for centering the wheel to be balanced, located at the first end of the hollow shaft, a secondary shaft acting as a rod and installed for free translational movement inside the hollow shaft , a locking element for fixing the wheel on the clamping flange, a pneumatic cylinder for performing a translational movement towards the clamping flange to release the locking element, according to the invention, the pneumatic cylinder is made two-sided, rotating, with a one-sided rod, a rotating two-channel collector is additionally introduced into the device, through which working pressure into the rod and piston chambers of the pneumatic cylinder, while the movable part of the two-channel manifold is fixed coaxially on the rear cover of the pneumatic cylinder, and the fixed part is fixed through the pneumatic tubes on the machine body.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of the balancing machine as a whole due to the fact that the rotating structure of the quick wheel clamp mechanism rotates with the wheel in the process of measuring wheel imbalance, minimizing the rotating mass of the structure and balancing it.
