FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to board handling appliances. Proposed device comprises telescoping mast, pull and protective ropes 5 and 6, component 7 to fasten said ropes, mechanism 9 to tension protective rope. Board holder is arranged on telescoping mast top section. Pull and protective ropes are driven manually by winch 4. Said ropes are locate level with fastening assembly. Fastening assembly is secured in lower receiving section (2b1) of outer inner section (2b) of telescoping assembly. Mechanism to tension protective cable is arranged outside of telescoping mast and opposite aforesaid winch.
EFFECT: simplified mounting, access to device without disassembly of telescoping mast.
