FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction materials industry and can be used for the manufacture of building products and structures in additive manufacturing technology by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of a modified raw material mixture. The modified raw material mixture for construction 3D printing includes, wt. %: Portland cement containing, wt. %: tricalcium silicate 68.1, tricalcium aluminate 7.2, 20.0-23.0, quartz sand with a size modulus of 2.2-2.4 and a moisture content of 1-2% 62.04-66.02, MasterRheobuild 183 superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonates 0.20-0.23, finely ground pozzolan component diatomite with a hydraulic activity of at least 1500 mg/g, a grinding degree of at least 1400 m2/kg 2.0-2.3, methylsilantriol potassium salt “GKZH-11K” 0.010-0.012, water 11.770-12.418.

EFFECT: reduction in the consumption of Portland cement and superplasticizer in the modified raw material mixture, an increase in shape stability and ensuring the absence of defects in the form of ruptures of printed layers from the modified raw material mixture with the possibility of its extrusion on construction 3D printers implementing the method for layer–by-layer extrusion, a reduction in shrinkage deformations, water absorption and an increase in the bending strength of hardened composites printed on 3D- the printer.
