FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used for the manufacture of construction products and structures in the technology of additive production by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of the crude mixture based on portland cement, hemihydrate gypsum, sand, finely ground pozzolanic components, superplasticizer, setting and hardening time regulator, sodium methylsilanthriol and water. Set task is achieved by the fact that gypsum-cement-pozzolanic modified concrete mixture for extrusion on 3D printer, including portland cement, sand, superplasticiser based on polycarboxylate ethers MasterGlenium 430, water, finely ground pozzolanic component - metakaolin with hydraulic activity of not less than 1,200 mg/g, degree of grinding not less than 2,000 m2/kg. Portland cement containing, wt. %: tricalcium silicate 63.0, tricalcium aluminate 6.1, sand used is quartz sand with fineness modulus of 3 and moisture content of 1–3%, and additionally it contains a finely ground pozzolanic component – diatomite with hydraulic activity of not less than 1,500 mg/g, degree of grinding of not less than 1,400 m2/kg, hemihydrate gypsum, setting and hardening time regulator – "БЕСТ-ТБ" and sodium methylsilanetriol "ГКЖ-11 Н" at certain content of components.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of portland cement, increased stability of shape, resistance to penetration, ultimate bending strength of hardened composites, printed on 3D printer, reduced average density of composites while ensuring their water resistance.
