FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction materials industry and can be used for the manufacture of building products and structures in additive manufacturing technology by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of a construction mixture. The construction mixture for additive manufacturing includes, wt. %: Portland cement containing, wt. %: tricalcium silicate 68.1, tricalcium aluminate 7.2, 20.0-23.0, quartz sand with a size modulus of 2.2-2.4 and a moisture content of 1-2% 59.65-63.23, superplasticizer “Polyplast SP-1” based on sodium salts of polymethylene naphthalene sulfonic acids 0.20-0.23, polyphenylethoxysiloxane “FES-50” 0.010-0.012, a binary mixture of a finely ground pozzolan component bio-silica with a hydraulic activity of at least 1400 mg/g, a grinding degree of at least 1100 m2/kg 2.0-2.3 and a finely ground component kaolin with a hydraulic activity of 627.3 mg/g, a grinding degree of at least 1800 m2/kg 2.0-2.3, water 12,508-12,560.
EFFECT: reduction in the consumption of Portland cement and superplasticizer in the construction mixture, an increase in shape stability and ensuring the absence of defects in the form of ruptures of printed layers from the construction mixture with the possibility of its extrusion on construction 3D printers implementing the method for layer–by-layer extrusion, a reduction in shrinkage deformations, water absorption and an increase in the bending strength of hardened composites printed on a 3D printer.
