FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used for making construction articles and structures in the technology of additive manufacturing by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of a crude mixture. Gypsum-cement-pozzolanic concrete mixture for 3D printing contains, wt.%: portland cement containing, wt.%: tricalcium silicate 63.0, tricalcium aluminate 6.1, 5.59, hemihydrate gypsum 16.7, quartz sand with fineness modulus 3 and moisture content of 1–3% 54.7–55.8, superplasticiser based on polycarboxylate esters "MasterGlenium 115" 0.05–0.06, setting and hardening time regulator – "БЕСТ-ТБ" 0.05, bio-silica with hydraulic activity of not less than 1,400 mg/g, degree of grinding not less than 1,100 m2/kg 5.59, polyphenylethoxysiloxane "ФЕС-50" 0.007–0.008, water – the rest.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of portland cement, increased stability of shape, resistance to penetration, ultimate bending strength of hardened composites printed on 3D printer, reduced average density of composites while ensuring their water resistance.
