FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatuses for initiating pyrotechnic elements of guided munitions with an on-board power source. Initiator comprises a body, placed wherein are an inertial body and electrical contact elements in contact with the inertial body; wherein the inertial body is shaped as a regular rectangular prism with a plate inserted into the end of said prism; wherein the body on the inside is made of two parts, large and small cavities, with the corresponding part of the inertial body being located in each of said cavities; longitudinal channels are made on one side of the prismatic part of the inertial body, with a blind bottom on one side, and a loaded spring is placed in each of the channels so as to abut against the end of the body at one end and against the blind bottom of the channel at the other end; the electrical contact elements are also made in the form of bent metal plates and are installed so that one end of the plate is cantilevered in the end of the body, the other end is in contact with the inner surface of the body, and the plate interacts with the prismatic part of the inertial body at the bending site.
EFFECT: reliable initiation of electrical circuits and reduced level of created noise interference.
