SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an inhaler, a control apparatus for the inhaler, a method for processing information, and a machine-readable data storage medium containing a program for controlling the control unit of the inhaler. Inhaler comprises a retaining part with an internal space, a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure applied to the inner wall of the retaining part, and a control unit determining the location of the base material forming the aromatic component in the internal space of the retaining part based on the result of pressure measurement by the sensor.
EFFECT: prevented risk of non-uniform heating or object-free heating due to the precise location of the cigarette in the apparatus.
