FIELD: wood processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wood processing industry, in particular to adhesive compositions used for gluing wood materials. The adhesive composition contains as initial components: phenol-formaldehyde resin, chalk, flour and water, as well as an active filler, as which carbamide and an aqueous solution of potash are used, taken in a ratio from 5: 1 to 1: 0.1. A method for obtaining this composition is also described, including obtaining a liquid phase, including mixing resin with water, preparation of a suspension, including mixing chalk and active filler, gradual addition of the resulting suspension and flour into the liquid phase with continuous stirring with further stirring until a homogeneous state of the adhesive mass is achieved.
