FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat engineering, and it is used in heating systems of private and industrial premises and any other systems for change and control of liquid characteristics. An in-flow mixing unit for heating systems combines a hydraulic divider and a mixing unit and consists of a case with a branch pipe of heat carrier input from a heat source and a branch pipe of heat carrier return to the heat source, by means of which the heat carrier is moved in the case, as well as two branch pipes from the opposite side of the case, interconnected by a jumper, thereby forming an H-shape form from pipes with 4 holes, where two holes of this device are located inside the case, in which a constant heat carrier flow is present, and the other two are located outside the case. The jumper may be located both outside and inside the case with the heat carrier, thereby two outputs from the outside form an input and an output of the heat carrier with required characteristics, where the movement of the heat carrier is performed by means of a circulation pump. Temperature adjustment is performed by controlled mixing of liquid from the case and the jumper (a reverse flow from a controlled contour) by means of a thermal head or another mechanism actuating a rod of a valve, which constantly operates in an opening-closing mode, changing the ratio of mixing of the heat carrier from the case and the reverse flow of the contour to achieve the required temperature in the contour.
EFFECT: adjustment of a temperature after a hydraulic divider immediately in the hydraulic divider.
