FIELD: pressure flow switches.
SUBSTANCE: pressure flow switch for calibration installations contains an inlet pipe, a flat nozzle with a rectangular cut, a changeover device movement mechanism made in the form of a cylinder-piston pair mounted on a fixed base, the piston rod of which is articulated with the changeover device. A flat nozzle with a slotted nozzle is made of short and long plates, the lower edges of which determine the width, length and cut area of the slotted nozzle, respectively. The ends of the long plates are lapped with end seals to the inner surfaces of the short plates. The upper edges of the long plates are equipped with a longitudinal channel of circular cross section, in which the axis of circular cross section is coaxially and freely located. On the lower edges of the long plates, it is installed symmetrically along the cardan spoke, equipped with a collar, a reversed drive with a washer, a set of gauges, each of which can be installed on the spoke in the gap between the washer and the collar in such a way that during reciprocating movement of the lower edges of the long plates around axis and relative to the lower edges of the short plates under the action of the reversible drive changes the cut area of the slotted nozzle in accordance with the flow rate of the pressure fluid flow.
EFFECT: creation of a pressure flow switch design, which ensures uniform filling of the cut of the slotted nozzle with a liquid flow, is achieved.
