The static flow metering unit consists of pressure tank 3 with connected pipelines - pressure line 4 connected to pumping station 5, drain lines 6 and 7 connected to tank 8 for storing the pressure fluid, and supply line 9 connected to test hydraulic lines 10 located in test box 1, and containing measuring tanks 11 and 12, transfer device 13, time meter 14, scales 15, guide nozzle 16, instrumentation, shut-off and control valves 17, test section 18. In addition, the unit is equipped with equalization tanks 19 and 20, located in pressure tower 2 at the level of pressure tank 3 and hydraulically communicated in the direction of fluid flow with the inlet and the outlet of test section 18, the connection points are made in the form of ring manifolds 21 and 22, covering hydraulic mains 10.
EFFECT: reduced effect of fluid pressure fluctuations on the test results.
