SUBSTANCE: bulk material mixing apparatus is proposed comprising a cylindrical body along the perimeter whereof loading apparatuses are arranged, wherein the bottom of the body is configured to rotate around a vertical axis and is connected in the lower part with the unloading apparatus, the cylindrical body of the mixing apparatus has evenly spaced windows whereto sprayers associated with loading apparatuses are connected from the outer side of the body, constituting drive drums with radial rectangular elastic elements, a demister pad with a vibrator is coaxially attached to the body in the upper part of the mixing apparatus, and the bottom of the body associated with the unloading apparatus has ribs on the inner surface thereof located along the defining conical surface, wherein the demister pad is made in form of a curvilinear hollow surface of rotation with an apex in the upper part, dividers are placed in meridional planes on the inner surface of the demister pad, contacting by the curvilinear sides with the inner surface of the demister pad, wherein each divider is configured to perform angular movement around a vertical axis and is equipped with a fastener located in the lower part thereof.

EFFECT: creation of a bulk material mixing apparatus providing high mixing efficiency.
