FIELD: optical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optics, in particular to methods and means for optical conversion of electromagnetic radiation, and can be used in the formation of optical images of objects in miniature lens-free cameras. The claimed method for forming a high-resolution image in a lens-free camera by the shadow of radiation on the detector matrix formed as a result of the passage of radiation through an encoding mask consisting of holes and jumpers, encoded according to a random law, is that the image from the object comes in the form of radiation on a separating prism and is divided into two, with the first image sent directly through an encoding mask, which converts the incoming image into a diffraction pattern in the form of speckles, incoming to the first detector matrix to convert it into an electrical signal, and the second image is sent unchanged through a reflective prism to the second detector matrix in the form of a Fourier hologram to convert it into an electrical signal. Moreover, the second detector matrix, which, like the first detector matrix, is made in the form of matrices of charge-coupled devices. And then both signals are digitized using analog-to-digital converters and sent for processing to a computer.
EFFECT: increase in light efficiency and an improvement in the quality of the restored image of the original object.
