FIELD: electrical engineering and energy.
SUBSTANCE: claimed solution relates to the field of electrical engineering and energy and can be used for prompt emergency shutdown of electrical equipment when exposed to high temperatures, such as fire, as well as overload, short circuit. A distinctive feature of the claimed solution is the simultaneous use as part of the product of the automatic phase shutdown mechanism and the zero N shutdown mechanism, the fire extinguishing aerosol generator (FEAG) together with the electric FEAG igniter, the initiating temperature-sensitive device (t1) and the shutdown temperature-sensitive device (t2) located in the impact zone heat generated during the operation of the fire extinguishing aerosol generator module (FEAG), the initiating temperature-sensitive device (t2) and the disconnecting temperature-sensitive device (t1), which are connected to each other in series, a smoke sensor installed in series or in parallel with the initiating temperature-sensitive device, the presence of an electrical initiator connection through conductors with a contact group to start the FEAG module from an external control signal, the presence of a FEAG module actuation sensor that transmits a signal through the conductors to the contact group for use with signaled by external devices, the presence of a thermal igniter capable of starting the FEAG module in the event of a power failure or failure of the initiating sensor or electrical initiator.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of primary fire extinguishing with an increase in the efficiency of preventing the spread of fire in a confined space, in particular, such as an electrical cabinet, while simultaneously protecting against short circuits, overload.
