FIELD: mill products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of hot-rolled plates. Austenitization of a continuously cast steel billet is carried out, rough rolling of the heated billet is carried out until a semifinished rolled product with a thickness h1 is obtained, and h1=k⋅h2, k is an empirical coefficient taking a value from 2 to 6, h2 is the nominal value of the thickness of the rolled product. The resulting semifinished rolled product is cooled to a temperature of less than 600°C. Subsequent heating of the mentioned semifinished rolled product is carried out within the temperature range from T1 to T2, and T1=937.3-224.5⋅C-17⋅Mn+34⋅Si-2⋅Ni+21.6⋅Mo+41.8⋅V-2⋅Cu, T2=(10100-27⋅Mn+200⋅Si)/(4.85-lg(Nb⋅(C+8⋅N)))-220, where C, Mn, Si, Ni, Mo, V, Cu, Nb, N show the content, wt. %, of the respective chemical elements in steel of which the mentioned concast billet is made, and the content of chemical elements in this steel is as follows, wt. %: 0.03≤C≤0.45; 0.3≤Mn≤2.1; 0.1≤Si≤0.6; Ni≤10.0; Mo≤0.6; V≤0.1; Cu≤1.0; Cr≤1.,3; Nb≤0.09; 0.002≤N≤0.02; the rest is Fe and impurities. The final rolling of the heated mentioned semifinished rolled product is carried out. The resulting rolled products are cooled.
EFFECT: as a result, an increased level of viscosity properties of rolled products, including its thickness, is provided due to the formation of a homogeneous and fine-grained structure of steel.
