FIELD: biotechnology and agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and agriculture, in particular, to the enrichment of peat soils with plant growth-promoting bacteria. Microbiological composition for peat soil contains Pseudomonas asplenii 2-3×109CFU/cm3; Bacillus subtilis 2-3×109CFU/cm3; Azotobacter chroococcum 2-5×109CFU/cm3 and diatomite at the rate of 0.5g per 1 litre of microbiological composition solution. The microbiological composition for peat soil is applied by fine spraying in the amount of 1 litre per ton of peat soil.
EFFECT: proposed microbiological composition for peat soil makes it possible to enrich peat soil with plant growth-promoting bacteria and provides high growth-stimulating activity of vegetable and cultivated plants, high seed germination, high antagonistic activity against phytopathogenic fungi, and increase in agrochemical indicators of pure peat.
