FIELD: mobile testing complexes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile complexes for testing powders and solid propellants. A mobile software and hardware complex (MSHC) for testing powders and ballistic solid rocket fuels includes equipment for determining the chemical and thermal resistance, ballistic characteristics and moisture content of powders, an operator's workplace and auxiliary equipment necessary for testing. MSHC is made on a single digital cluster, and the equipment is located in the compartments of two mobile platforms installed on off-road vehicles. The compartment of one of the platforms, where ballistic characteristics are taken, is equipped with an armored capsule and has a sealed vestibule. MSHC is designed to determine the operational suitability of powders and ballistic solid rocket propellants at the stages of their life cycle using methods of express analysis of physicochemical, energy and ballistic characteristics, assess their safety and compliance with the requirements of technical documentation during storage, operation as part of ammunition and disposal.
EFFECT: invention reduces the spread of indicators, increases mobility, provides autonomy, reduces the cost of ensuring mobility and safety of operation, and minimizes environmental impacts.
