FIELD: electric shock weapons.
SUBSTANCE: throwing electric shock weapons contain a body with a high-voltage generator of damaging electric current, a protective spark gap, a power supply and a switch with mechanical or electronic control, and have an internal body made of electrically insulating material in its front part, connected by a connecting conductive chain or a conductive leash to a conductive beater having needles with beards. The beater with needles is connected to one output electrode of the high-voltage generator located in the inner case, and is one striking electrode, and the girdle electrode in the rear part of the inner case is connected to the other output electrode of the high-voltage generator. The inner case is mated with a detachable outer case, which closes the beater before the weapon is used.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of target immobilization.
