FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to functional elements of small arms, namely to devices for supplying or loading ammunition, and can be used to indicate the amount of ammunition in small arms magazines. A system for indicating ammunition in a store is proposed, containing an ammunition counter, a magnet, Hall sensors, an indicator, shift registers, a microcontroller, and a trigger module. The magnet is mounted directly on the store feeder and is configured to act on Hall sensors with its magnetic field, which convert the effect of the said magnetic field into an electrical signal. The shift registers are connected to the microcontroller, which is also connected to the device launcher and indicator. Shift registers, a microcontroller, a trigger module and an indicator are mounted on a mounting plate with Hall sensors, which is mounted inside a case separate from the store on one of the walls outside the store. An optical element is mounted on the light panel of the indicator, made with the possibility of changing the course of light rays from the indicator. A method for assembling the system is also proposed, in which the exact location of the Hall sensors is determined taking into account the trajectory of the feeder in the magazine, the backlash of the feeder when it moves in the magazine, the diameter of the ammunition used in the weapon, and their location in the magazine. According to the data obtained, the geometry and dimensions of the mounting plate are formed, on which it is planned to mount the elements of the device for indicating ammunition in the magazine, and a test layout of the said plate is made. According to the formed shape and dimensions of the mounting plate, stencils are made that differ in the step between the control points for each of the stencils by ±0.1 mm. The most suitable stencil in terms of the distance between the control points is selected with a minimum deviation of the position of the second magnet from the control points marked on the stencil, taking into account the backlash of the feeder and its deviation when the magazine is attached to the weapon, a mounting plate is made according to the selected stencil and Hall sensors, shift registers are mounted on it, the microcontroller, launch module, indicator, power supply and control sensor, finally determine the geometric dimensions of the feeder magnet, compensating for the feeder backlash and its displacement when the magazine is attached to the weapon in the equipped state.
EFFECT: providing a visual visualization of the exact amount of ammunition in the small arms magazine.
