FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used to control the strength of concrete in structures, namely to mechanical methods for non-destructive testing. A cylindrical sample is drilled in the concrete body and the size of the sample is set by cutting an annular groove coaxially with the support ring to a depth equal to the diameter of the sample. The device connected to the measuring device is fixed to the base (concrete) with anchor devices. A breaking load is applied by pushing the supporting ring of the device until the sample breaks, and the strength is determined by a formula that takes into account the breaking force, the radius of the sample cylinder, the surface area of the sample and the scale factor.
EFFECT: reduction of time (labor costs) for determining the strength of concrete, the possibility of obtaining characteristics of the physical and mechanical properties of concrete directly in monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures, the exclusion of determining indirect characteristics.
