FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigation of strength properties of concrete and can be used to control strength of concrete structures. Determination of strength is performed by pulling out of dipped dowel from tested concrete. Dowel-nail is used, at least part of cylindrical surface of which there are transverse notches or close to transverse or knurling, transverse or close to transverse, wherein either dowel-nail with washer for gripping with pull-out device is dipped completely into tested concrete to washer resting on one side in tested concrete, and on the other side in the dowel-nail head, or dowel-nail without the washer for gripping with a pulling device, is immersed with a gap, for gripping in the area of the dowel-nail head by a pulling device, between the dowel-nail head and the tested concrete, or dowel-nail without washer for gripping with pull-out device is completely submerged to dowel-nail head and part of tested concrete is removed in volume, required for gripping in area of dowel-nail head by pull-out device. Dowel-nail contains transverse notches on at least part of cylindrical surface or is close to transverse or knurling, transverse or close to transverse.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of time (labour costs) for determination of strength of concrete and increased resistance to withdrawal of dowel-nail when determining strength of concrete by detachment from concrete structure.
