FIELD: hydraulic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used to create temporary bridges to cut off water in hydraulic channels or reservoirs during construction, installation and repair work. The protective hydraulic structure contains a flexible cylindrical closed shell (1) filled with water, which is equipped with two elastic side ribs (2) and (3), an open flexible shell (4) is rigidly fixed to the elastic side rib (2), on the upper edge of which a float is placed (5), filled with air, while the float (5) is provided with an elastic side rib (6), to which flexible connections (7) are fixed, made with the possibility of stretching. On opposite sides of the flexible cylindrical closed shell (1) there are valves (8) for inlet and (9) for draining water. A water level sensor (10) is attached to the float (5). Inlet (8) and drain (9) valves have dampers (11) and (12) respectively. The electric motors (13) and (14) are connected by means of a flexible coupling to the corresponding gearboxes (15) and (16) and are designed to open and close the shutters (11) and (12) by means of a screw gear (17) and (18). An upper contact (19) is installed on the elastic side edge of the float (5), and a lower contact (20) is installed on the lower elastic side edge of the flexible cylindrical closed shell (1). The controller (21) for regulating the water level is connected to the water level sensor (10), electric motors (13) and (14), as well as the upper and lower contacts (19) and (20), respectively.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the dam during the flood, eliminating the flooding of the upper pool above the calculated level.
