FIELD: construction, hydrotechnical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hydrotechnical construction of water barrier dams for protection of settlements, agricultural and industrial objects against flooding and underflooding in case of spring floods, and also temporary coffer dams in order to shut off of water in water channels or water-storage reservoirs in performance of construction, assembly and repair works. Protective hydraulic structure comprises two osculating flexible cylindrical closed shells filled with water, every of which is equipped with two elastic side ribs arranged along generatrices of shells. Neighboring internal ribs combine shells into figure of eight. Open flexible shell is rigidly fixed with its lower edge to one of external ribs of figure of eight, and floats are arranged along its upper edge. Floats are fixed with flexible joints to the second external rib with the possibility to control length of joints and are arranged in the form of single flexible cylindrical closed shell, which is filled with air through nozzle and made as a whole with open flexible shell. Closed shell is equipped with elastic side rib arranged along its generatrix, to which flexible joints are fixed, arranged with the possibility of stretching. Along the second external rib of figure of eight with its upper edge there is a antifiltration screen installed, arranged in the form of open flexible shell with the possibility of fixation along lower edge of cantledge screen.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of structure and to improve its operational characteristics.
