FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular, systems and methods for diagnostics of diseases, such as prostate cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and their stages, are disclosed. In accordance with defined embodiments, disclosed systems and methods provide for collection of patient’s samples, calculation of concentrations and proximity indicators of biomarkers, and use of the results of such calculations for creation of a training sample model, which is used for establishment of a correlation of biomarker concentrations and proximity indicators with disease diagnoses and disease statuses (for example, cancer stages). In accordance with defined embodiments, simple regression, area maximization under ROC curve, topology stabilization, and correlation analysis by special proximity relate to used correlation methods.
