SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to a method for rearing quails. Method is characterised by adding an amino acid chelate compound of zinc with lysine to the feed in an amount of 0.015 to 0.025 g per 100 g feed and adding "Albit-Bio" at a dose of 0.13 ml per 1.0 l drinking water to the drinking system from the first day until the slaughter of the quails.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing the live weight, meat productivity, safety, and biological full-value of poultry meat with the use of feed additives in the diet of the birds.
