FIELD: poultry farming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry farming, namely to a method of feeding young animals, which involves the daily introduction into the diet of a biologically active feed additive consisting of brewer's grains enriched with microorganisms at the rate of 2% of the weight of the complete feed, from 1 day to 56 days of age, according to the invention, the consortium of microorganisms includes strains of lactic acid microorganisms Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis RKMB — M199 and RKMB — 90C in a 1:1 ratio, and a total of 100 billion CFU/g, Lactobacillus plantarum VKPM V — 12,077 and Lactobacillus acidophilus Scav B — 4,625 in a 1:1 ratio, and a total of not less than 50 billion CFU/g, and a strain of the propionic acid microorganism Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. shermanii B — 4,891 not less than 10 billion CFU/g, while the finished additive has a titer of not less than 1 billion CFU/ml, and the additive additionally contains perlite, phosphogypsum, serpentenite and sapropel in the following ratio of components in the composition of the biologically active feed additive: 50% of brewer's grains; 15% of perlite; 15% of phosphogypsum; 10% of serpentenite; 10% of sapropel.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase safety, productivity and reduce feed consumption by poultry.
