FIELD: sociological research.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical solutions used in sociological research through closed dichotomous surveys. The field of application of the invention is from assessment of the quality of customer service to study of opinions about a socially significant event. The invention is a set consisting of two blocks – external and internal ones. Blocks are installed on a stand in an area, where information about the survey is placed. The external block is installed externally on any non-conductive surface, in a convenient place well-visible for a client, containing information about the survey. The internal unit is installed inside the stand opposite to an information transmission unit on the opposite side of the non-conductive surface. Installation of the set is carried out by gluing blocks with glue or double-sided tape. On a front side of a panel of the external block, there are two membrane buttons of a contact type with a tactile effect. Buttons are made in the form of large, well-visible stylized images of positive and negative answers to a question posed. Inside a case of the external block, there are microchips and antennas, using NFC information transmission technology due to wireless power supply. The external block does not contain batteries or other current sources. The case is made in all-weather design, taking into account requirements of ISO 14443 standard. The internal block is equipped with a light indicator located in the center of an upper face of the front side of the case, and, on the opposite side, with a USB 2.0 communication interface. Inside the case, there are microchips for reception of information, creation of a magnetic field, and an antenna used for wireless power supply and information reception. Power consumption is no more than 0.75 W. The functionality of this invention consists in wireless transmission of information. NFC chips have unique serial numbers, which allow the internal block to determine, which of buttons is pressed. When a click on one of buttons of the external block is detected, the internal block transmits received information to external devices via the USB communication interface for further processing and turns on the corresponding light indication.

EFFECT: provision of a possibility for respondents participating in a sociological research to express their opinion about an event being surveyed almost anywhere, based on a closed dichotomous survey, by pressing one of two buttons located on a front panel of an external block made in all-weather design and not requiring internal power sources, which makes it able to work around the clock and year-round without the need for external electricity supply, and makes it possible to install both indoors and outdoors as part of a sociological, social, or advertising stand, without requiring additional protection from atmospheric influences.
