SUBSTANCE: analytical system for analysis of a state of a production line and a state of a product manufactured on production line (10) contains: block 11 for working data collection, collecting working data containing a working state of production line 20; block 13 for product information collection, receiving a state of a product manufactured on the production line and outputting the product state as product information; state analyzer 12 receiving a given physical value of the product based on working data collected by block 11 for working data collection and outputting the given physical value as information about the physical value; and correlation analyzer 14 performing correlation analysis between information about the physical value and product information.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of an analytical system and an analysis method providing correlation between working data and a product defect or a cause of the defect, which occurs during the production, in which real measurements, using measuring devices may not always be performed.
