FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of flattened or wedged out ore bodies. The method for mining ore bodies with hexagonal pillars close to pure ore ellipsoids includes sinking the outlet and drilling workings, drilling the column with holes, forming the lower end bevel of the column to the axis of the outlet by mining layers inclined towards collapse at an angle of movement of broken ore equal to 45° - ϕ/2, where ϕ is the angle of internal friction of the broken ore, the breaking of the column together with the formation of the upper bevel in the next column, the massive butt tapping of the ore from the stationary hole and the mining of the remaining protrusion with inclined layers together with the lower corner of the next column to the axis of the latter. Further, along the boundaries of adjacent pillars at the level of the roof of the outlet workings, an additional drilling-delivery working is formed, from which, by breaking the wells by undercharging their mouths, the side bevels of the pillar are formed at an angle of 45° - ϕ/2, giving the perimeter of the base of the pillar a funnel-shaped shape. By differentiating the parameters of drilling and blasting operations, a zone of large-lump ore having a lattice structure is formed in the middle of the column of the same thickness over its entire height, and finely crushed ore zones are formed in the side parts of the column.
EFFECT: increasing the completeness and quality of ore extraction, as well as the intensity of mining of deposits.
