FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, and in particular to engineering machines for barriers. The hydraulic system of an engineering machine contains a hydraulic tank, an excavator equipment circuit, a bulldozer coulter circuit, and a bulldozer skew circuit. The system additionally contains a trawl drive circuit, consisting of two hydraulic cylinders with piston and rod cavities, four throttle check valves, a safety valve, a make-up valve, a three-position hydraulic distributor with two working outlets. The first working outlet of the three-position hydraulic distributor is connected to the safety valve and through the throttle check valve to the piston chambers of the hydraulic cylinders. The second working outlet is connected to the make-up valve and through the throttle check valve to the rod cavities of the hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic system includes a transfer gearbox with six hydraulic pumps, six check valves, six electrically controlled two-position hydraulic distributors, six controlled safety valves with pressure and drain cavities, as well as a control cavity. Each hydraulic pump is connected to the pressure chamber of one of the controlled safety valves and through a check valve to each circuit. The drain cavity of each controlled safety valve is connected to a hydraulic tank. The control cavity of each controlled safety valve is connected to the hydraulic tank through one of the electrically controlled two-position hydraulic distributors.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of power distribution and the reliability of the hydraulic system.
