FIELD: submersible combustion apparatuses.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submersible combustion apparatuses, in which a bubbling process is used, which proceeds between the combustion products and the solution through the use of a submersible burner. The device comprises a housing with a conical bottom and a submersible burner, a circulation pipe, a liquid inlet pipe, a drain pipe, a cone nozzle with bubbling holes installed at the outlet end of the burner. The housing is connected to the additional housing by the upper and lower pipes to form a closed loop. The upper pipe is an overflow pipe and an overflow threshold is installed in it. The bottom pipe is a circulation pipe in which a pump is installed that supplies liquid to the lower part of the housing. Liquid inlet pipe, drain pipe, gas product outlet pipe are located in an additional housing. The conical bottom of the additional body is located below the circulation pipe. A conical tubular element is installed in the body coaxially with the cone nozzle, with a large hole facing the conical nozzle, and a smaller hole facing the liquid inlet from the circulation pipe located in the center of the conical bottom of the body.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the submersible combustion device and increasing the efficiency of its operation.
