FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a snow removal blade for snow removal from a road surface covered with snow. The snow removal blade contains a rotary case and a removal scraper attached to a lower part of the rotary case and made with the possibility of sliding, when operated adjacently to the road surface, leaving a residual snow layer on the road surface. The snow removal blade also includes a supplying node intended for supply of substance for snow melting and containing supplying nozzles and a contour for supply of melting substance to the specified nozzles. At the same time, the snow removal blade additionally contains a mixing and pressing component for residual snow, located behind the removal scraper in a direction of movement forward of the blade. Between the removal scraper and the mixing and pressing component, a channel is formed with a side outlet for snow, and the specified nozzles have corresponding outlets located in the specified channel and intended for supply of melting substance to residual snow being in the specified channel with the side outlet. Moreover, the specified mixing and pressing component is made with the possibility of mixing of the specified layer of residual snow with the specified melting substance being in the specified channel with the side outlet and compression of residual snow mixed with the specified melting substance on the road surface during its movement forward.

EFFECT: creation of a snow removal blade, which is effective and reliable regardless both a road surface type and a condition of snow being on the road surface.
