SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices used for receiving, storing and issuing items, and can be used in the security systems of objects with increased security requirements. The device contains a housing with a control unit, a locking device and cells in which containers for storing items are installed. Each cell is equipped with an ejector spring, a container presence sensor, a shutter that closes the cell in the “without container” position, a blocker, an electromagnet, a control blocker, a lever with a container lock and a bar, and a link holding the lever together with the blocker when removing the container.

EFFECT: reducing the load on the elements of kinematics and the container, reducing the number and simplification of parts that are difficult to manufacture, extracting the container by pressing its end, which has a much larger area than a button.
