FIELD: instruments, in particular, for accessing such articles as keys, passes, seals, and so on for personal use in office premises. SUBSTANCE: device has control unit, housing with cells which carry containers for storing articles, position detectors, electromagnets, which armatures are designed as holding bars. Back inner surface of each container has projection, which length is z. Holding bar of container is mounted for movement of its loose end under said projection and releasing projection, when container is pressed, so that its one end is pushed towards loose end of holding bar of container, which is pushed by one end of spring-loaded rod, which is mounted in each cell with space d, which is greater than space z between back wall of container and inner face wall of cell. Another end of rod is connected to position detector, through spring. Position detector is connected to control circuit of electromagnet coil. EFFECT: increased reliability, simplified design, absence of limitations on number of cells and containers and on type of control unit, which can be designed as arbitrary unit which issues control signals. 2 cl, 3 dwg
