SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave technology and is intended for frequency selection of signals in communication systems, radar, various measuring and special radio equipment. The bandpass resonator SAW filter consists of three identical SAW resonators electrically connected in a U-shaped circuit. The device additionally contains two capacitors connected in series with the input and output of the central SAW resonator. The value of the capacitances of the capacitors is selected based on the condition for achieving the best squareness of the shape of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the SAW filter transfer coefficient.

EFFECT: increase in the selectivity of the bandpass resonator SAW filter.
