FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology. The DC hot-wire anemometer contains a sensor, a measuring amplifier with a broadband two-stage transistor output voltage power amplifier of the measuring amplifier for heating the sensor, a T-shaped node for connecting resistors and the sensor, a software-controlled RC frequency correction link in the feedback circuit of the measuring amplifier and a broadband two-stage transistor amplifier power to compensate for the temperature inertia of the sensor, a digital low-frequency channel for measuring average slowly changing values of air flow parameters, a digital high-frequency channel for measuring signals of small amplitude pulsations of air flow parameters, a digital control programmable device. A constant voltage is maintained on the sensor, which is regulated by changing the voltage at the inverting input of the measuring amplifier using a digital-to-analog converter, which is part of the digital control programmable device, depending on the required level of sensor heating.
EFFECT: expanding the range of measurement of air flow parameters, increasing the sensitivity and accuracy of measurement.
