FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for assembly of a sealed and heat-insulating tank for fluid storage inside a support structure. The method contains stages, at which: scaffolding (30) is installed inside support structure (30). Scaffolding (30) includes support frame (31) resting on lower wall (5) and a set of horizontal platforms (32a, 32b, 32c) attached to support frame (31). Next, loading/unloading tower (21) is lowered into support structure (1) by insertion of mentioned loading/unloading tower (21) through holes (34) of platforms (32a, 32b, 32c). Mentioned loading/unloading tower (21) is attached to upper wall (4) of support structure (1). One heat-insulating barrier (19) and sealing membrane (20) are attached to each of walls of support structure (1). Sealing membrane (20) is attached to first transverse wall (3) of support structure (1) after lowering loading/unloading tower (21) inside support structure (1).
EFFECT: reduction in assembly time.
