FIELD: packaging for delicate, fire- and explosion-prone engineering and instrumentation science products.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for cartridge-activated devices, glassware, light weapons and ammunition for it, and also for other products. Storage and transportation container includes casing and covering forming the outer coat; its exterior has enforcement ribs and grooves, molded folding, flat seal in a sidewall groove in casing or covering providing encapsulation when they are connected, zed butts, inner casing that consists of the casing and covering and is placed on the corresponding inner surfaces of the casing and covering. The width of the casing and covering is a multiple of their length. The covering is additionally equipped with air escape valve that equalizes pressure outside and inside closed container. There are outside handles placed evenly along the perimeter of casing’s side surfaces, the handles are placed along the casing’s axis and/or symmetric about the corresponding axis; moreover, the handles are made rotating about the base attached to the casing. On the casing’s short bottom rib cutouts are made symmetrically about the axis for mounting the longitudinal wheels that are made with possibility of interaction with the transport surface when lifting another short rim of the casing with detachment of casing bottom from this surface. Inside there is a closed ledge starting from peripheral seal of casing or covering; the ledge is in the form of trapezoid in cross section tapered from the sidewall, on the mating end of the covering or casing there is a closed recess for the ledge providing firm coupling and containment during their conjunction. Inner casing is made in the form of volume grating with possibility of interconnection with corresponding external compressible ledges of at least one lodgment for its installation and fixation in the chosen place inside the casing together with the corresponding cargo. The forge on the casing’s covering is made in the form of ledges with square or rectangular footing evenly and symmetrically placed on the upper surface; cavities in line with ledges are made in the casing’s bottom, as well as transverse and symmetrical to this side of the bottom parallel slots across the entire width of the bottom for loader fork guides. Covering’s protrusions and corresponding cavities are made in a way that allows placing comparable containers with fixation from moving on top of each other, offset or perpendicular to each other.
EFFECT: enabling protection from movement of the protective covering inside the container (lodgment) containing explosive or fragile freight through the use of an inner shell on the inner surfaces of the casing and covering in the form of plastic grid, providing placement of containers on top of each other, overlapping lengthwise and/or across because of the form and position of the corresponding ledges and sockets on the covering and container body made with a multiple ratio of width and length, providing additional sealing capacity due to another seal between cover and casing in the form of correspondent protrusion and groove that are placed along the connection perimeter and interact during conjunction, protection against pressure drops inside and outside the casing by using a bypass valve, ensuring rolling movement due to the presence of rolling mechanisms – rollers, ensuring carrying and transportation with portable handles around the perimeter and cavities in the bottom for the loader fork.
