FIELD: hydraulic percussion systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic percussion systems containing several hydraulic percussion devices, and can be used in mining, construction and public utilities for impact breaking of durable materials and immersion of rod elements into the ground. The system of hydraulic percussion devices of the executive body of the base machine contains hydraulic percussion devices connected by inputs to the pressure line through a control unit consisting of a pressure reducing valve at the inlet and valves for enabling hydraulic percussion devices at the outlet. The output of each of the switching valves is connected to the input of one hydropercussion device, and the outputs of the hydropercussion devices - through the flow adder - to the drain line. The executive body of the base machine is equipped with a sensor for the speed of movement of the working body. The pressure reducing valve is made with electro-proportional control, and between the speed sensor of the movement of the working body and the pressure reducing valve there is a feedback on the speed of movement of the working body and the pressure at the outlet of the pressure reducing valve.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the system of hydraulic impact devices due to differentiated, depending on the resistance to digging, changing the operating mode of the hydraulic impact devices.
