FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic shock systems containing several hydraulic shock devices, and can be used in mining, construction and public utilities for impact breaking of durable materials and immersion of core elements into the ground. The hydraulic shock system contains pressure and drain lines and a common base with hydraulic shock devices installed on it, which have the possibility of separate activation under the action of a given static compression force of their tool. Hydraulic shock devices are connected by inputs to the pressure line through a control unit consisting of a flow regulator at the inlet and valves for switching on hydraulic shock devices at the outlet, and the outputs are connected in parallel to each other and connected to the drain line. The flow regulator is made in the form of a series-connected valve of a constant pressure difference and a nonlinear throttle and is connected by an inlet to a pressure line, and by an outlet to the parallel-connected inputs of the valves for turning on hydraulic shock devices, and the output of each of these valves is connected to the input of one hydraulic shock device. It is equipped with a safety valve connected by its inlet to the outlet of the flow regulator, and the outlet to the drain line.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the system of hydraulic shock devices by expanding its capabilities, which is solved by limiting the maximum pressure at the inlet of hydraulic shock devices, and limiting the output parameters of hydraulic shock devices depending on it: pre-impact velocity, impact energy and impact power.
